The Manuscript Reading Room provides users with a suitable environment for viewing, reading, and studying our precious historical prints, manuscripts, handwritten documents, and maps.
Users can request items from our historical holdings be delivered to the Manuscript Reading Room for research purposes.
Items can be requested directly via our online catalog or with one of the request forms available at the Reading Room. To access our historical holdings, please contact us ahead of your visit by e-mail or telephone.
Internet access is available via WLAN/EDU-ROAM in the Manuscript Reading Room's quiet zone. Users who do not wish to access our special holdings are also welcome to use our quiet zone for studying.
