BB Physics and Electrical Engineering
About us
The Physics/Electrical Engineering Library (BB15) is a branch library of the State and University Library Bremen. It offers literature and information resources on physics and electrical engineering to students and academic staff of the University of Bremen – and the Department of Physics & Electrical Engineering (FB1) in particular. It is also open to the general public.
Learning and studying
With the exception of a small number of books, most of our holdings are kept in open access stacks. In addition to a large collection of books available for loan, the library also holds an extensive collection of reference materials, handbooks, and journals which cannot be taken out on loan.
PC-workstations, a room for group work, and individual workstations are available at the library. Printing and scanning facilities are available as well.
Training and library tours
We offer a wide range of specialized training seminars, providing users with the opportunity to learn about literature search, including database searches and reference management skills.
