Closed Stack Requests

The library's closed stacks

Delivery times:

Monday to Friday: three deliveries

  • Orders received by 7am: delivery at 10am
  • Orders received by 12 noon: delivery at 2pm
  • Orders received by 2.30pm: delivery at 4 pm

Saturday: one delivery

  • Orders received by 12 noon on Saturday will be available after 2pm on Saturday (exception: holdings from the media center).


Orders still on the collection shelf after seven days will be returned to the stacks. Books can be checked out at the self-check-out machines. Orders for items from the media center are available at the circulation desk.

If you only need a book chapter or a journal article, you can also use our copy delivery service.
