Your default password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYY. If you have changed and forgotten your password, please use the form below or contact the Lending Desk to have your password reset to your date of birth.

Please note that this is not an automated process. Our Lending Desk will notify you by e-mail as soon as your password has been reset.

If you are unable to renew or reserve books, please check whether your library card has expired before contacting us. If your card is no longer valid, you can renew your card at the Lending Desk in the Central Library or at any of our branch libraries.
